MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1.Tiếng anh lưu loát để có thể làm việc với NCC nước ngoài .

2. Nhạy bén, năng động, kiên trì trong xử lý công việc.

3.Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, phân tích và lựa chọn các NCC mới phù hợp và ký kết hợp đồng với các NCC đang làm việc.

4.Đàm phán mua bán về giá, số lượng, chất lượng, thời gian giao hàng tốt nhất với NCC.

5.Phối hợp với các phòng ban (Kinh doanh, Chất lượng, Kho vận…) để thu thập, tổng hợp dữ liệu, xác định cụ thể, rõ ràng các tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, lập kế hoạch thu mua, lên lịch giao nhận hang. Phát triển thêm các nguồn hàng mới phù hợp với nhu cầu của Công ty.

6.Quản lý các hợp đồng đã ký kết, đang thương lượng. Theo dõi tiến độ nhập hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa được đưa về đúng, đủ và kịp thời.

7.Theo dõi chất lượng hàng hóa khi nhận hàng hoặc sau bán hàng

8.Tính toán chi phí, lập hồ sơ báo cáo về các hợp đồng thu mua

9.Xử lý lô hàng bị lỗi và các vấn đề phát sinh ngoài hợp đồng với NCC.

10. Thực hiện các loại báo cáo hàng tuần/tháng/quý theo quy định.

– Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Ngoại thương/ Kinh tế

– Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí liên quan

– Kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý công việc nhạy bén

– Xây dựng mối quan hệ cộng tác làm việc

– Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán

– Kỹ năng Word/Excel/Powerpoint

• Creating IAP (Initial Allocation Plan) for the incoming items

• Analyze sales to determine buying quantity and do comparison between budget plans by analyze current and seasonal trend and create product development report. Update to Merchandise Planning

• Do filling out assortment planning tools for all categories and analyse size for buying by departments by stores in order to Plan the seasonal collections

• Choosing the hero products for marketing campaign/poster each month prior to buying submission

• Adjusting buying quantities for all category against the Open- to- buy budget given by the Brand
• Monitoring delivery plan to warehouse and store , doing follow up on warehouse goods receiving discrepancy included requesting new articles and additional PO creation if needed

• Recapping shipment details that will be done within near time that needed to control how many product units will be entering our inventory

• Setting the appropriate retail price point for new arrival items to be submit initial price to R&A (Report & Analysis) team

• Plan monthly markdown by making comparison to markdown suggestion from R&A team, and ensure proper final normal and discounted items composition to generate expected sales and profit margin

• Creating promotion for each category, ensures/ monitor product sell through and execute price reduction, periodical promotion by tracking the promotional calendar for merchandising team to update, updating the date submission to COE.

• Doing follow up on stores inventory issue included handling defect items, goods receiving discrepancy, and become intermediary between stores and warehouse whenever the issue may appear from warehouse or delivery logistic, or between stores and inventory team to do stock adjustment

• Bachelor degree
• Knowledge of Retail industry and merchandising management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail business and/or related field.
• Customer-focused.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures.
• Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels

Import-Export Department (manage 1 employee)

· Support the Head of Department in monitoring day-to-day import-export operation.

· Research and manage all forwarders in terms of services and ensure the service cost maintained at a competitive level on the market.

· Report import-export process and calculate the potential cost fee, services and consult for the Head of Department.

· Handling and providing the solution/ solving trouble related to customs clearance to ensure on-time delivery rating.

· Make annual customs reports.

· Update the law documents related to customs to consult with the Head of Department and Board of Manager.

· Monitor the import-export employees and instruct them with the working tasks.

· Monthly report to the Head of Department about import-export process and related fees.

Purchasing Support (individual work)

· Make and monitor the orders on the system, contact with suppliers about delivery, quality, price (specific group of goods or suppliers would be discussed).

· Support working with related departments to solve the issues about quality, warehouses, delivery date, new product development and set of payment documents.

· Regularly update the prices and the process of providing in in-charged group of goods.

· Support buying group in some activities.

· Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

·        University/or higher in Import-Export and Purchasing. Especially experience in FMCG or packaging.

·        9 or more years of experience in import-export field and 2 – 3 years in purchasing.

·        Ability to adapt to reinstructed environment with switching system, policies and different information sources.

·        Outstanding teamwork and individual skills, and experience working with staff on all levels from different departments.

·        Fluent in English.
